What do you think of my subject line?  Curious? Well, you know how we all like it when people are nice to us?  It doesn't seem to matter if it's a friend, family or a stranger. It just feels good. I like it. And I like being nice to other people. I bet you do too. 

  The subject of this little ezine is customer service. To be grown right it must be rooted in the soil of goodness.  I will plant the seed in your mind. Then you can let it grow and blossom into something you can share with me and maybe your fellow readers. Are you getting these garden metaphors? I'm a landscaper. I can't help myself.
